About Helen

Dr. Helen Diab was born and raised in Millburn, New Jersey. She graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where she earned a Masters in Natural Sciences and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. 

Prior to her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelors of Science in Finance. She also completed a 1000 hour certification program in Massage Therapy from the Desert Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. 

Currently Dr. Diab is also a private instructor of Hatha Yoga and Pilates.

She has a private acupuncture practice at the Mind Body Wellness Center in Summit, NJ.
